We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Administrator for our JCB Medway site in Gillingham. This is a great opportunity to work for an extremely successful and reputable company in the Automotive Industry.

This is a fixed term contract for Maternity Cover for up to 12 months and for the right candidate we would always look for a permanent position once the fixed term contract has ended. We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator or Fleet Sales Administrator who has some solid motor dealership experience.

The Role...
The role will entail working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to make sure all administration for the department is done efficiently and accurately.
*Invoicing Vehicles
*Updating vehicle records
*Taxing Vehicles
*Liaising with departments on the location of vehicles
*Making sure all records are kept accurate and well kept
*Liaising with the team to make sure the customer is kept up to date at all area of the process.

About you...
- Experience as a Sales Administrator within the motor trade.
- Knowledge of working with KPI's and how they are critical to overall Business Performance.
- A good understanding of working with Microsoft products.
- Experience using the Kerridge/ADP system would be ideal but not essential
