A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual who has experience in the medical industry to join a new department in our clients ever growing private healthcare consultancy, on a part time basis, 3 days a week.
You must have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Following a home visit to undertake an initial care needs and risk assessment, the Care Consultant will develop a care plan and select the most suitably qualified and experienced carer for the client.
The care consultant will regularly oversee the carers work, continuously monitoring and reviewing the client’s needs, working closely with families, GPs, district nurses and other healthcare professionals as required.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to speak to clients and carers at all levels.
This role involves some travel – use of company car or fuel paid, so it is essential you are able to drive.
Hours are 9am - 5.30pm, 3 days a week with the flexibility to cover holiday as and when needed.
