Our international, innovative, and established client has the perfect opportunity for a Production Manager to join their Operations Team based in Ayelsford.

Working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm this role is offering an excellent salary of circa £25,000 DOE.


What you need to know about the Production Manager role:

This role will ideally suit a degree qualified Engineer with procurement, buying and retail supply chain experience.
This role sits within the Operations team, but on a day to day basis supports the Client Services teams, Roll Out Manager & Project Managers, in converting customer requirements into a reality


As the successful Production Manager you will:


Take engineering drawings to suppliers, develop an article or component and then managing the production to ensure timely delivery into stock and on to the clients site.

Possess familiarity with Quality Control processes is essential in ensuring the products are of the best standard.

Exposure to Solidworks & Inventor required, so the ability to read a technical drawing is essential.

Some travel will be required visiting suppliers so a full UK driving licence is essential.
