We require a Block Manager to assist with the leasehold management of a residential portfolio mainly located in the Folkestone area but also throughout Kent. You will ideally have experience in the following:- Service Charge Budget setting; Section 20 Consultation / major works; contractor management; site meetings and client liaison; health and safety management.
This is a full time position and you will have the necessary skills, but not essential as full training will be provided, and experience to be successful in this role to include residential property management; excellent communication both written and verbal, be computer literate and hold a full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
