HR Administrator (Six Month Contract - Potential to go Permanent)
The role provides professional guidance and support to employees and managers on the company's people management policies, procedures and tools.
The HR Administrator will be the first-line contact for service and tools offered by the HR team, the job holder will provide administrative support across the team.
* Support the HR Manager in providing guidance and advice to staff on matters of employment legislation, employee relations and policies * Ensure that Company's policies are adhered to and ensuring that these policies meets individual needs of staff * Proactively manage sickness absence to improve general attendance * Co-ordinate and action as appropriate all HR administration, including Joiners, Leavers and Inductions, references, maintenance of personnel files and database and all other general HR administration * Assist with recruitment process
Who we're looking for An experienced HR Administrator/Assistant with real enthusiasm. A genuine career opportunity, you will also have exposure to providing advice and guidance on a wide range of employee issues.
You must have: * Proven back ground in administering HR programmes, policies, processes and tools, with some advisory experience * Strong ability to collaborate, team player * Able to maintain confidentiality and build relationships based on integrity * Strong oral and written communication skills
