1. The Role
Green Oak Services is now seeking a full time experienced Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Operative based in Kent to join its successful Gardens and Grounds Maintenance team. The main purpose of the role is to:
• Provide amenity, horticultural and gardening services to a wide-range of clients, including private estates and schools
• Manage relationships with customers at all levels.
• Deliver grounds maintenance and gardening duties directly, to a good standard, safely and on time.

2. Skills and Experience
• Horticultural qualification level 2 or equivalents.
• Have a good understanding of horticultural practices and plant knowledge
• Have a good attention to detail
• Experience with hedge cutting, mowing with pedestrian and ride-on mowers
• Working with customers and clients to understand their requirements and deliver a professional service
• Full, clean driving licence. Must be used to driving large vehicles

Desirable
• Towing (750Kgs +) licence.
• PA1 / PA6 Spraying Tickets
• Certificates of competence for: Ride-on Mowers, Brush-cutting, Hedge-cutting, and Sports Pitch White Lining.
• Chainsaw ticket would be considered an advantage

Remuneration
Salary: £16,000-£21,000 Based on experience
