At Catch22 we're committed to transforming lives and communities and are currently looking for an HR Administrator (People Coordinator) to join our expanding team.
Now is a really exciting time for us, and we'd love you to join us. We can offer development and progression opportunities as well as scope to gain exposure to other areas of HR (L&D, Pay & Reward, ER).
Reporting to the People Advisor, as HR Administrator you will:
Produce contract variations and payroll changes in a timely and accurate way and in line with prescribed HR policies and practices
Update the HR system to reflect changes and ensure that records are up to date
Administer the starter and leaver processes
Administer reward and benefit arrangements so that staff are correctly paid and remunerated.
Monitor key events and dates relevant to the employment relationship (eg end of fixed term contract dates) and take appropriate action in good time.
Provide information and advice to Catch22 managers and other employees regarding processing arrangements / requirements and timelines
Respond to reference requests
Complete redundancy estimates and TUPE information
