Audi Customer Care Manager – East Kent Audi
Are you currently working in retail and/or customer services industry?
Does your current role lack any ‘Vorsprung durch Technik’ ?
East Kent Audi which is part of the Inchcape group has a unique opportunity for a dynamic Customer Care Manager to lead an Aftersales Team to deliver an industry leading customer experience.
We are seeking an outstanding individual with a real passion for delivering an incredible customer experience each and every time, which is why we welcome applications from outside of the automotive industry.
As the East Kent Audi Customer Care Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and care are maintained at all times. You will oversee our front of house operation working closing with all other departments.
You will naturally inspire your team to develop the customer experience to the next level in this fast paced working environment. Furthermore you will use your analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities and anticipate potential challenges.
You will be part of the collective responsibility for identifying and managing key areas of improvement and implementing smart actions that impact positively on the customer journey.
THE PERSON
In order to be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Good analytical skills
- Able to motivate and inspire
- Strong organisational skills
- Be proactive and solution orientated
- Possess the ability to prioritise and react to changing circumstances
- Deliver change through identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
