This position is a fixed term contract for duration of the apprenticeship (18 months).
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Grounds Maintenance and Landscape department as an apprentice. We work closely with Hadlow College to deliver quality training in a commercial environment. If you are a hard working individual with the desired skills below, then send your CV and cover note to JB Landscape using the details provided.
Desired skills
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Comfortable dealing with the public
• Problem solving
• Willing to learn and work outdoors in all weathers
• Dedication to completion of the apprenticeship qualifications
• Must be proactive in their approach to work
Qualifications required
No horticulture qualifications required as full training is given.
Must have basic Literacy and Numeracy skills to complete Level 2 Apprenticeship in Horticulture and Landscapes.
Things to consider
This role will involve working outdoors in all weathers and will be physically challenging.
20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
