The Superior Healthcare Group is currently recruiting for experienced, reliable and compassionate carers in the Canterbury and surrounding areas to join our growing team.

ABOUT US

Our Complex Care Division supports children, young adults and adults who have complex health conditions to live independently and in their family homes.

THE ROLE

Suitable candidates will have experience of supporting clients with complex needs. Experience is desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided by a lead nurse. You must have a valid and clear driving licence and access to your own car as you will be required to commute to and from shifts.

HOURS

Day and night shifts are available on a flexible basis, which is ideal if you are looking to top up your current hours; regular shifts may be available to those looking for more consistent hours. You must be able to commit to at least two shifts per week.

SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS

* Flexible and Reliable
* You must be able to communicate effectively - verbal and written
* Experience in working with clients who have complex needs living in the community is preferred.
* Driver with access to own transport is desirable
* Employment is subject to a suitable DBS disclosure and satisfactory professional references.
