Resourcing Advisor/Administrator
Reports to the Resourcing Business Partner
The Role-
This role is to supporting the Resourcing Business Partner on all areas of Head Office Functions and Commercial Sales divisions.
- Providing assistance with placing adverts, liaising with agencies, job boards and responding to direct applications via letter and e mail, organising interviews and maintaining applicant trackers.
- Pro-active recruitment for and admin support of Graded and UG roles across the divisions.
- Supporting the RBP on networking, assessment centres, graduate schemes and apprentice initiatives/project work.
- Management of resourcing activity spread sheet, ensuring that this is updated on a daily basis.
- Fielding and taking calls and enquiries from agencies, assisting the Resourcing Partner on any on-going agency negotiations around contract terms and supply.
- Finding new and initiative ways to reduce agency spend and market Brakes roles via own media platforms.
- Ensuring candidates are responded to in reference to applied roles, sending out regret emails and managing candidate responses through resourcing emails.
- Supporting the Resourcing BP on the implementation of new contracts with agencies both on the PSL and Non PSL providers and updating company tracker.
- Being the first point of contact when new jobs are raised and chasing for information. And ensuring that the customer and candidate experience is smooth.
- Assist the central services HR with details on new starters and ensuring that our ATS is compliant and correct with candidate information.
- Assist with the organisation of Assessment Centres by booking venues, negotiating rates, inviting and communicating by email and telephone with candidates, collating activity packs, sending out acceptance and decline letters and administering associated expense claims
- Assist with sourcing of relief staff to fill ad hoc temporary positions on the sites network
- Other Ad Hoc duties to support the smooth running of the Resourcing department as required.
- Superuser access for online ATS system managing the Hiring Managers expectations and setting up as new users to system.
- All other duties where required.
The Person-
- An interest in HR or previous experience working in an HR Department
- Experienced in house Resourcer/Recruiter
- Microsoft office skills - ideally intermediate/advanced user in Excel& PowerPoint
- Excellent Organisation/Planning/Problem solving skills
- Good written & oral communication skills - tact, diplomacy, respect
- Attention to detail imperative
- Strong negotiating and analytical skills along with an enquiring mind.
