These positions are working a permanent day shift: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (37 hrs per week) and 1x Saturday in 4 on a rota

Our client based in the Rochester area is currently seeking to recruit a number of inbound customer service advisors to join their existing team and continue to provide the excellent standards of customer care that they have become known for.

The role will require you to deal with a varied workload and at times work under pressure, ensuring all calls adhere to and meet the standards and compliance levels required.

This is a role where you need to use your personality, skills and training to gain positive outcomes and ensure the customer has accurate information to conclude the enquiry.

Ideal candidates will have gained experience within a contact centre, or a strong customer service orientated role, dealing with volume telephone calls. You will be confident, have personal drive and professional standards that match those within a professional organisation.
