We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as our Kitchen Team Leader. In this role you’ll take on the responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen. You’ll lead the kitchen team on shift to ensure that hot and tasty food is delivered to our customers each and every time.

Our centres are always busy and the role is very varied. As well as leading the team you’ll be ensuring that the kitchen standards are kept to the highest level at all times, you’ll be dealing with deliveries and stock rotation and most importantly you’ll be making sure that food is cooked to spec and portioned correctly.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll guide and assist in the development of others - so your communication and leadership skills must be second to none.

Be aged 18 or over
Have at least one years’ experience in a catering role
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and to have the ability to communicate at all levels
Be able to work alone and as part of a team
Flexible around working hours and shift pattern
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
The ability to build good working relationships with team members and customers
Sociable with an outgoing personality!
