Your key responsibilities as a Customer Care Advisor would be to:
* Respond to Customer e-mails within 24 working hours
* Answering Customer care calls, place orders, amend orders, deal with any delivery queries and communicate directly with the courier companies and customers
* Deal directly with the returns department to assist in resolving the any return queries and process exchange orders on the system
* Maintain unfulfilled orders on the system
* Provide professional service advice and offer suitable suggestions to customers about products
* Administer customer refunds for returned store orders
Key skills, qualifications and knowledge required:
* Previous customer service experience within an office/call centre environment is essential
* Positive and professional approach to Customer Service and Sales
* Strong ability to retain a calm attitude when dealing with a high volume of work
* Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Proactive approach to your own development with learning new skills
The working hours are:
Friday 8.30am-5pm
Saturday 9am-5pm
Sunday 10am-4pm
Monday 8:30am-5pm
Tuesday 8:30am -5pm
