Go Resource are currently looking to recruit experienced Chill and Ambient Warehouse Operatives for our Client at a large distribution centre based in Dartford, Kent, on an on-going contract.



The work is consistent, and you MUST be available to work a pre-set rota of 5/6 days out of 7; weekend and bank holiday work required!



The role will involve picking within the Ambient Chamber on a 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shift pattern. Your employment within the Ambient Chamber will be subject to passing a LLOP driving test, previous MHE experience is preferred.



You will be picking all different types of goods, ranging in weight from crisps to alcohol. You will be expected to reach a picking capability of 200 units per hour during your fifth employment week.



The rate of pay is based on performance the starting rate is £7.50 per hour but you can earn up to £11.70 per hour which is a fantastic opportunity to maximise your earnings.



After a successful probation, you will be on Contract of Employment and after 6 months assignment, there may be an opportunity to become a Full Time Employee, and either stay in Warehouse or progress your skills to admin or managing tasks.
