Do you love working on a busy service desk? Are you used to handling 50+ calls a day, meeting and greeting customers and booking in appointments? If so we have an ideal role for you.
Our client is keen to recruit a professional Service Receptionist to work as part of their busy expanding company. You could enjoy a lie in everyday or even go to the gym for example with hours that could be ideal for your work/life balance: Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm and alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm.
Within this position you will be responsible for:
Answering the telephone: 50+ calls a day
Taking vehicle bookings
Creating and managing service plans
Booking services and loading work plans
Dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone
Liaising with the Workshop Manager
Updating customers on vehicle progress
Obtaining authority and appropriate order numbers for work to be carried out
Authorising breakdowns
Creating jobs via the computer
Assigning courtesy vehicles and checking them in and out
Experience required for this role:
Previous experience working on a busy reception desk
IT Literate including MS Word and Excel
Excellent customer service experience
Experience of working within a busy environment
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
