Our fashion accessory import company based in Maidstone is looking to add to the admin team by recruiting a full time Office Administrator
Below duties are an outline and will include:
• Producing purchase orders
• Using Sage for invoicing, crediting and loading stock
• Supplier liaison
• Discussing price queries with the factory
• Checking and chasing shipping paperwork
• Archiving
• Dealing with incoming calls, faxes and emails
• Attending meetings
• Placing stationary orders
• Duties may vary as required
What we are looking for:
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills who can interact with colleagues and clients
• An ability to work under pressure, manage their workload and own time
• Assist the team in meeting deadlines but also be able to work independently when necessary
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Showing initiative in taking action and responds appropriately
• Excellent communication skills
The role will be a very varied one and will give the opportunity for rapid and wide experience in many areas of the business as well as the administration.
Training will be provided.
Please note that due to the location of the office, you must have a full UK driving licence and have your own transport.
