Due to an internal promotion, my client is looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join their busy team in Gravesend.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for an office based admin role with the opportunity to progress within an award winning company.
You will be responsible for loading all new enquiries onto the system, making sure all information is loaded accurately and within agreed timescales. You will also be responsible for keeping all client files up to date and making sure they comply with building regulations and standards.
You will be need to be good at building relationships with colleagues and be a good team player with the ability to help out in different depts.
We are looking for candidates who have a working knowledge of Word and Excel but more importantly someone who wants to learn and gain more experience.
