Position Expectations
To provide generalist HR support to a group of managers with the key objective of ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies and implementing improvements and best practice. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years HR experience gained in a manufacturing or other blue-collar environment along with a CIPD professional qualification. Candidates must also possess excellent organisational, time management, influencing and communication skills.
Key Duties
• To make improvements and achieve best practice
• To manage pay and benefits
• To raise awareness of company policies & procedures in relation to UK legislation across the business
• Assist managers with the management of attendance issues
• Advise and assist managers with ER issues in line with legislations and company procedures
• Produce HR correspondents
• Design and deliver HR training
• Any other related duties connected with the company’s business as required
