Independent Care is a domiciliary care organisation, who is committed to providing excellent quality care for people in their own homes. We now have a vacancy for Care Supervisor to join our team in the Medway area.
The role:
The role is full-time and consists of mornings, some evenings and weekends
• Care work including personal care, medication, shopping, social support
• Supervise care staff including observations and supervision
• To be on-call when required
• To maintain close liaison with both the Manager and Assistant Manager

Job Requirements:
• QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care or must be willing to work towards

• Ability to positively engage clients
• Willingness to work flexible hours
Employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and 2 references.
