A Technical Support Engineer is required to join an employer of choice in Kent - a globally renowned manufacturing firm.

The chief remit of the role will be to support internal and external customers with their products - you will also be tasked with logging and providing support to customers over the telephone and by email, diagnosing problems, creating a resolution and communicating these to the client. In order to be considered for the role - applicants will be an electrician or an electrical engineer with at least three years worth of practical experience, and have full understanding of single and three-phase domestic and industrial installations. Excellent customer service skills will be required considering the amount of customer communication required. C&G 2391 will be needed.
