We are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager who is great at building relationships to join this award winning company. The atmosphere is fun with lots of opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will be awesome at building relationships!

Because you will be building relationships with partners to assist the company with growth. They are already growing at a great rate but they believe there is still more opportunity in and outside their market to secure new and exciting partnerships.

As a Business Development Manager you'll be able to start conversations and open the door to new opportunities.

You'll be part of a growing team and will play a part in building awesome relationships and forming partnerships and be able
to look for every opportunity to grow bookings and profit.

You’ll have a proven track record of delivering new business using your commercial know-how and a keen eye for data to spot new opportunities for growth and should have several years experience as a Business Development Manager driving sales.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the overall new business budget, with your performance being measured against the gross profit you generate.This is a market that the clients have only scratched the surface of, so the potential for a strong Business Development professional is huge! You can be guaranteed that no two days will be the same.

Do you possess excellent negotiation and influencing skills?

This role also requires you to have the ability to travel within the UK and overseas in order to attend conferences and industry events.
