Swim School Apprentice
30 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract
£4 per hour, plus employee discounts including discounted gym membership
This is a great opportunity for an individual without any previous relevant qualifications to gain both vast experience and supporting qualifications as an integral part of our successful Swim School Team.
As part of the apprenticeship the successful candidate will undertake their Swim Teacher qualifications (paid for by Your Leisure) whilst they are also paid to gain valuable teaching and admin experience in this busy and variable role. Working with the Swim School Supervisor and Swim School Administrator to provide effective and efficient lesson programmes, assisting with lessons in line with the Your Leisure and Swim England criteria.
Many of our previous apprentices have gone on to secure permanent employment within the Company on completion of their apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will work within and with the support of our current Swim School team and must be willing and eligible to undertake training and qualifications as part of their apprenticeship. Flexibility regarding hours of work will be required as shifts include evenings and weekend working.
