2 x Part Time Travel Agents for local travel firm in Folkestone.
Previous travel sales experience is essential
A wonderful local company that has opportunity for career progression within their travel business which is rapidly expanding are now looking to recruit a Travel Consultant to sell European and Worldwide holidays to their loyal customer base. The environment is relaxed and friendly and everyone has a passion for travel.
• Providing travel information to clients.
• Managing any customer problems/issues.
• Making bookings for customers.
• Getting to know the customer to find out their needs.
• Displaying promotional material.
• Liaising with various tour and holiday operators.
• Using the customer database for promotions.
• Carrying out customer surveys.
• Booking travel insurance.
• Distributing travel itineraries.
Essential Skills:
• Experience in the Travel industry.
• A friendly, warm, can do attitude.
Hours:
8.30am - 5pm with 2 Saturdays a month.
Hours can be worked out between successful candidates.
