CASUAL CARE WORKER/BANK SUPPORT WORKER

We can offer regular work, occasional shifts or simply work to enable staff to keep their knowledge and skills up to date. If you already have gained experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant or have valuable life skills gained through caring, then we want to hear from you. We are also interested in hearing from Senior Support Workers/Team Leaders who are interested in flexible work opportunities. As a Senior Support Worker it is important that you have the appropriate skills to motivate, encourage and manage other employees.

CASUAL CARE WORKER/BANK SUPPORT WORKER
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
A positive and compassionate attitude towards care
Energetic approach to support with social activities
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn
Team player
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
Experience of working in challenging behavior services
NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care (Adults)
Experience and/or knowledge of epilepsy
Hold a full driving licence and be willing to drive
