The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, ambitious and entrepreneurial leader to join our team at The Logistics Partnership and grow our established Drivelink operation in Maidstone. The branch has been established for over 15 years and benefits from a very strong and experienced team to be inherited by the successful applicant. The role has a clear progression path to facilitate both responsibility and remuneration for the successful candidate with a view to developing and expanding the south east region with more branches and additional services. We are looking for established leaders, but would also consider someone with less experience but knowledgeable and brave enough to convince us that they can achieve what we need.

The Honest Assessment
The role will be challenging; it can be long hours, hard work, frustrating at times and full of unexpected interruptions. As a leader and member of the senior management team we are looking for someone exceptional who can lead from the front, push for progress and think laterally.
