This small retirement home provides independent living accommodation to a group of active, fit and independent residents. A versatile House Manager or General Manager is sought for this well run facility in Tonbridge.
The role requires an individual with the ability to run all aspects of this facility with efficiency and warmth. Duties range from acting as first point of call for residents, the provision of a lunchtime meal and helping to organise a rolling programme of social activities for residents.
This is a wide ranging and attractive role for a people orientated person keen to be part of a community. Ideally you will live within easy reach of Tonbridge, have some experience of the catering or hospitality sector and be willing to handle some basic administration.
You will be supported by a small team, with additional help through volunteers and supported by an experienced and dedicated group of Trustees.
