The Bunker is currently looking for experienced Project Manager, during maternity cover, with experience of managing successful projects. We have a rapidly growing client portfolio with includes a mixture of technologies.

This role will require the candidate to be able to manage a number of projects in unison whilst adhering to a formal project process

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills: you will be expected to interact with internal and external customers from the very start. English fluency is essential. The Bunker is a growing company, and due to security requirements, we believe in maintaining long-term relationships with our employees.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to plan projects, manage project teams, manage budgets, create work packages, capture issues, carry out risk assessments and capture out of scope requests following an approved change management process.


Main Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers, sales, solution architects, build engineers and service desk teams to ensure projects are managed within scope and time tolerances.
• Manage suppliers, partners and consultants for effective project delivery.
• Ensure the smooth transition from projects into service operations. The acceptance criteria will include technical documentation, project documentation and training for the service desk.
• Perform time and motion management and carry out lessons learned on each project delivered to drive improvements and efficiencies.
• Have a good understanding of ITIL best practices throughout the service lifecycle and maintain a high level QoS for each project delivered.
• Prepare and distribute weekly PMO reports to business disciplines.
• Assist senior Project manager in managing company standards i.e. IGSOC, PCI DSS, ISO 27001

Required:
• Prince2 Foundation
• Microsoft Project experience
Desirable:
• Datacentre or Managed Service Experience.
