The company are looking to bring on board a new member of staff in a trainee recruitment consultancy role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident speaking with people both face to face and over the phone. You will have excellent grammar, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will study towards your NVQ qualification and be fully supported by both the employer and training academy.

DUTIES
• Matching Job roles, received from the recruitment consultant, to candidates' CVs on job boards
• Interviewing candidates over the phone and email and collating their information
• Creating a shortlist of candidates to put forward for interview
• Inputting registration forms and ID onto the System
• Answering Telephones
• Dealing with incoming emails such as job applications and enquiries
• Filing various documents
• Working with software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Updating the website
• Email marketing
• Updating social media platforms
• Managing the company database


APPRENTICE REQUIREMENT
• Good telephone manner
• 5 GCSEs grade A-C including Math and English
• Confident in speaking with people both face to face and over the phone
• Good communication skills
• Well presented
• Have a passion for a career within recruitment and target based environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Pro-active

HOURS
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
