We are seeking someone who has good all round office skills and is PC literate to work within the Filing and Facilities Department. This is a varied and busy role with an immediate start.
The role will include:
• Filing of documentation for the Practice using our in-house database
• General housekeeping of the filing system, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly
• Archiving and documentation of files
• Organising lunches for partners and meetings, as required
• Reception cover, as required
• Ensuring kitchens are kept tidy and boardrooms are prepared for meetings
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following qualities:
• Enthusiasm and flexible approach to work
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Ability to manage time effectively with good organisational skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Able to use own initiative
• Maintains confidentiality in relation to work
Overall, the position will be for 5 days, but we would consider a job share and also part-time hours in line with the business needs.
