We now have an excellent opportunity for an Individual Support Worker to join us at our Day Centre in Canterbury.









INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT WORKER

The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

A positive and compassionate attitude towards care

Energetic approach to support with social activities

Excellent communication skills

Willingness to learn

Team player

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

Experience of working in challenging behavior services

NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care (Adults)

Experience and/or knowledge of epilepsy

Hold a full driving licence and be willing to drive

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT WORKER

SALARY - 15,000 per annum

HOURS - 37.5 hours per week

SHIFT - Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm

LOCATION - Canterbury
