Trainee Service and Parts Advisor / Receptionist required.
21 years old and above with full UK driving licence.
The role will include answering the telephone, taking workshop bookings over the telephone and in person, computer use is involved so some computer literacy would be useful, checking customers in and out, creating job cards etc . Basically assisting in the day to day running of our service and parts department.
Full training in all aspects of the role will be given and eventually training with Ford Motor Company would follow.
This would be a full time role Monday to Friday with potentially working every third Saturday once training is completed .
We are a Ford retail dealer, a family owned business based in Tenterden, Kent for over 35 years will 18 staff members at present .This is a new role we are creating as we are looking to grow the service and parts operation .
