Do you have a passion for Property? Do you enjoy speaking to people? Are you very organized, and methodical?

Then we may have the opportunity you have been looking for. Finding someone a new home is a very rewarding experience. Ideally you will have a background in rentals, or certainly a customer facing role. You will be very positive, and be used to speaking to customers both face to face and on the telephone. Knowledge of the rental process would be an advantage. You should be very accurate and be able to work in a methodical way. You should also be P.C literate and able to learn to use our database. You will have a friendly personality but also be able to make sure that procedures are followed in what is sometimes a pressured environment. You should be used to working in what can be a stressful environment and be able to remain calm and efficient.

You will be required to accompany rental viewings and the opportunity may arise for you to carry out rental valuations. You will ideally have a good local knowledge of the area. You will also need to to have a full clean driving licence and access to a reliable car.

Any experience of an Estate Agency or rental environment would be considered an advantage but is not strictly needed. This is a full time position.
