Job Description
THE ROLE
To manage the busy concierge, client services for To Tuscany LTD.
Plus a support role for our villa owner contact team.
The role is varied and will include ;
Answering To Tuscany clients by phone and email.
Speaking with owners and suppliers of services to help arriving guests arrange concierge services.
Help to build an efficient concierge service to our booked guests.
Support to owner contact team will involve email and calling owners to answer client queries.
KEY SKILLS
An interest in Travel and Tourism is essential, a knowledge of Tuscany an advantage.
Applicant will need good communication skills and be computer literate.
A German speaker would be advantageous but not essential.
High attention to detail
The ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Working 8 hour shift Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am – 5:30pm, a weekend/BH on call rota will apply during the busy times.
