Events Marketing Co-Ordinator
Job Description:
Working within the Marketing Department, this important support role helps to co-ordinate key elements of the event management process, including:
• Assisting with large email marketing campaigns
• Updating & managing website content
• Providing input into social media activity
• Design & proof-reading of promotional materials
• Managing delegate registration systems
• Creating & analysing online delegate surveys
• Liaising with exhibitors & delegates prior to events
• Attending events as part of Revolution's on-site management team
Essential Skills:
• Organised and methodical approach
• Strong inter-personal skills & clear telephone manner
• Good level of IT-literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus online tools)
• Friendly 'can do' attitude
Holiday: 20 days per annum (increasing to 25 days over 5 years) plus Christmas closing
Benefits: Employer pension scheme after six months
