Centra Pulse helps over 125,000 people to live safely and independently both in and out of the home by supplying an emergency call service.

This role will include:

* Delivering high standards of customer care ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous responses, and that action is taken in accordance with their needs.
* Ensuring emergency calls are dealt with in a professional, calm and understanding manner.
* Liaising with others to provide a comprehensive and effective response service.

The perfect candidate will:

* Have excellent communication skills including written and verbal
* The ability to prioritise work, manage conflicting deadlines and work to agreed procedures
* Have experience of providing a customer focused service
