Due to one of our receptionists going on maternity leave later in the year, a fantastic opportunity has become available within our small animal reception team.
We are a well respected tier 3 veterinary hospital and leaders in premium veterinary care in the Maidstone area.
We are seeking a bubbly, confident and friendly receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis.
The hospital is a fast paced, busy environment guaranteed to keep you on your toes. Our company ethos encourages excellent customer service, compassion, care and support to both clients and colleagues and the need to continually improve to offer the best treatments and care.
Working at Newnham Court you will have the opportunity to work alongside some exceptional veterinary professionals, whom all share the same passion for outstanding patient care.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to stay calm under pressure and experience in a similar role. IT skills and experience with using a veterinary computer system are an advantage.
Your role will involve answering phones, making bookings, dealing with customer queries and front of house duties.
You will be working 34 hours per week, with a competitive salary given.
