GP Medical Secretary full or Part time Folkestone
Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Ltd are recruiting for an Experienced Medical Secretary to join a friendly busy GP surgery based in Folkestone for a 2 month assignment.
Duration: - 2 month assignment
Full OR Part time hours
Location: - Folkestone
Immediate Start until 1st September 2017
Hours between 8am - 4.30pm
Rate £7.50 - 8.50 per hour
Medical secretary MUST have medical secretary experience
All About the Role!
The duties of a successful medical secretary will include, but are not limited to; General clerical and secretarial duties, typing correspondence internal and external, dictation, minute taking, handling inbound calls and making outgoing calls, making appointments, organising meetings.
All About You!
• Essential Medical Secretarial Experience
• To have worked in a similar role before within the public sector
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills
• Be able to start Immediately (subject to DBS and references)
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent tying and transcript skills
• Audio-typing – digital dictation
• Clinical administration
