Opportunity for an experienced and ambitious B2B Telemarketing Appointment Setter Executive looking to work in the tech space. To service our group of companies, primarily focussed on appointment setting in the education and financial services sectors. This position is based at our offices in Maidstone Kent.
This position would suit an experienced Telephone Sales person with a proven track record of making qualified sales appointments or selling on the telephone. This role involves outbound calls to C-level executives, IT/Analytics management, Financial Heads, and SLTs within schools, colleges and universities, in order to generate appointments for a member of the sales team to attend. You will be responsible for hitting targets in a pressured environment with daily activity targets. You will also work on marketing and sales campaigns and customer account management.
The ideal candidate must be able to work with our sales teams and provide a customer service role, when necessary. The hours are 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
Skills Required: -
• Experience within a telesales/telemarketing/appointment setting role essential
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Previous outbound B2B experience
• Ability to identify and qualify leads
• Managing high outbound call volumes
• Excellent organisational skills.

Your role: -:
• Booking appointments for field sales reps
• Answering queries on their range of products and services
• Selling the benefits of new products and attempting to up-sell existing products
• Overcoming objections

• GCSE C or above in both English and Mathematics
