An opportunity has become available for an Administrator with great customer service skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities will include:
* Editing essential working documents
* Putting together packs of documents
* Assisting in invoicing
* Answering the telephone to clients and customers
* Building strong working relationships with clients
* Other ad hoc tasks as required
Experience and skills required:
* Experience of working in a busy office environment
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
* A confident telephone manner
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work proactively and autonomously
* An industrial background would be advantageous

Due to the rural location of my client's offices, being able to drive and own a car are essential.
