My client is a well-known and successful organisation based in Mid Kent. They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join the finance team on a permanent basis. This role will take responsible for monthly payroll processing as well as the preparation of statutory accounts for dormant and non-trading entities.
Further responsibilities will include:
-Balance sheet reconciliations
-Helping the team with preparing and collating information requested by internal and external audit
-Fixed asset maintenance
The ideal candidate will be part qualified (ACA/ACCA) with good financial accounting skills and have the ability to work on their own initiative. You must have strong Excel skills and the willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
