Our client based in Medway is looking to recruit a compliance officer to join their established team in a vibrant and busy department.
The working hours are Monday – Friday 8:45AM to 5:30PM
Salary £21,000
Benefits: Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Child Care Vouchers.
Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join their head office compliance team, responsible to the monitoring and supervision of our mortgage services team.
Duties will include:
• Reviewing and auditing sales files.
• Highlighting any discrepancies and managing the remedies.
• Ensure 100% accuracy
• Making sure all applications are compliant and up to date
• Providing remote support for the front line advisers
We need you to be:
• Attentive to detail
• A good communicator
• Self-motivated and prepared to accept responsibility
• Able to Multitask
• Hard working and focused
• Tenacious
• An understanding of the Mortgage Industry would be an advantage although not essential
