An enthusiastic Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer, seeking challenging and fulfilling work as part of a great team, is required to join an amazing company that provides the IT / AV technology design, implementation and support services for the world’s most beautiful hand built Superyachts and Luxury Residences.

This is a unique new opportunity for a Senior Network Engineer to take responsibility for the network infrastructure support, management and hardware implementation for the diverse customer base, ensuring that the wired/wireless infrastructure is robust and reliable. This position will consist of project work and client support based throughout London and abroad (fully expensed).

Responsibility:

Maintain & support companies’ internal server estate.
Provide 1st 2nd and 3rd line support to staff and end clients.
Accurate and timely documented communication with clients
Provide technical assistance for staff during prospective client meetings.
Attending & completing wireless surveys & Network Reviews subsequent documentation of findings.
Assisting with day to day escalations and investigate complex problems or repeat failures by applying problem management techniques.
Ensuring Customer Care is applied at all times – being courteous throughout any interaction with clients (e.g. providing updates).

Skills and Experiences:

Strong Cisco technical background
Current CCNA or CCNP Certification (not essential)
Solid experience with Cisco/Avaya Phone systems
Solid experience of networking including VLAN configuration, access control, Firewalls and VPN, Bandwidth management
Server, Desktop O/S and Software
Installation and configuration of PC Software & hardware
Hardware including Servers, SAN’s, Desktops, Laptops, Switches, Printers, UPS
Windows 7 – 8, Windows Server 2012 R2 – 2012 Hyper-V,, VMWare, Microsoft Office 365
Apple OSX & Hardware (iPhone, iPad, Mac mini)
