Role Purpose Statement
Establish & implement & maintain Supply Chain system reporting solutions in conjunction to the department and wider Supply Chain. Manage reporting data accuracy to a high level and provide key business reports to high level business managers. Develop & improve reporting on KPI measures on behalf of the department, in line with business goals.

- Develop & improve reporting on KPI measures on behalf of the department, in line with business goals and objectives.
- Maintain SCM reporting data credibility and reporting accuracy to a very high level
- Present & train out newly developed or improved reporting suites
- Provide training & support to the department
- Ensure best practice is in place for data analysis across the department
- Produce & recommend new report suites to provide insight & route cause analysis to the wider supply chain departments.
- Undertaking analytical and project management activities
- Drive process changes and efficiencies through reporting enhancements.
- Support and develop improved analytical tools e.g. Microsoft 365, SAP Hana.
- Performance Indicators
- Customer availability at point of order capture (FTA)
- Customer availability at point of delivery (DSL)
- Waste as % of Sales
- In-bound shelf life vs. company requirement
- Stock holding / stock days / stock value
- Internal & external customer confidence and perception feedback
- Achievement of project deadlines

Knowledge, Skills, Experience - 3 years Minimum Supply Chain experience within a blue chip FMCG environment.
- Graduate calibre, preferably degree level
- Logical but creative thinker.
- Understanding of lean principles or other continuous improvement methodology essential.Six sigma Yellow or Green Belt would be advantageous
- Excellent people management skills
- First class project management skills
- Advanced level of MS Office applications especially Excel, PowerPivot & Access
- VBA and SQL knowledge desirable
- High level of Business Warehouse (BW) experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
