Our established Client based in Dartford is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative with an in-date counterbalance forklift licence to join them in 12-week temp to perm booking.
Working Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, paying £7.61 per hour (£15,822 per annum)
Registrations for this role will be held at our office in Rochester.
Working as part of the warehouse team providing accurate and timely picking, packing and dispatch of the goods. This role is predominately a Warehouse Operative role and will involve minimum forklift operating.
Duties include:
• Pick and pack customer orders to achieve agreed turn-round targets, dispatching orders with appropriate paperwork
• Effective use of WMS system
• Follow goods in processes
• Manual handling of products
• Signing for and accepting responsibility for tasks that have been completed
• Housekeeping, both physical completion and hygiene checks
• Stock integrity, quality & location checks
• Keep warehouse and outside forecourts clean and tidy including shelf dusting, keeping gangways clear and litter removal
On successful competition of your 12th week you will be offered a permanent contract
