This is a very unique position that requires an exceptionally caring and patient individual to provide the highest standard of customer service to the public.
The role requires a sensitive and understanding approach alongside the ability to respond and prioritise emergency calls efficiently.
The service provided is a critical to many people's lives and runs 24 hours per day 7 days a week. The shifts for this position are 6am- 6pm or 6pm -6am, a rota would be devised in which you would work 3-4 days out of 7 per week - Some weekends would be included.
Previous call handling / call centre experience is required. This assignment is initially for a 3-months period starting immediately. This could be a fantastic way to get your foot in the door or to increase your experience within the public.
