Our client based in Maidstone is currently recruiting for a Finance and Hospitality Administrator to join their team.
Duties will include:
* Admin and operational support to finance department and conference & event team
* Act as point of contact for sites accounts and catering of events
* Cash Handling
* Data input
* GP reconciliation
* Change orders
* HR admin
* Payroll
* Budgeting
* Invoicing
* Purchase Log
* Management of SAP
* Assist with administration of conferences and events
* Achieve targets set by line manager
* Liasing with other departments
* Processing catering requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
* Good standard of Maths and English
* Demonstrate previous experience in accounting and event management
* Excellent organisation skills
* A keen eye for detail
* Be computer literate
* Have a welcoming and helpful approach when dealing with customers
