I am currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a growing organisation in Erith. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to take real ownership of the position with scope to grown into the Office/Customer Service Manager.
Salary: £22k-£24k
Hours: 8-4.30pm (must be willing to be flexible)
Duties:
* Handling all incoming calls and queries from current and new clients
* Supporting on-road sales team by sending out quotations
* Process orders via internal systems
* Produce job logs
* Stock Control
* Tracking deliveries and issuing POD's
Experience/skills necessary:
* Intermediate Excel- Sort/Filter/Find functions + formula
* Proven office based customer service experience
* Career-driven
