Conveyancing Secretary (on-going)
Based in Gravesend
Up to £9.50 per hour
Available immediate
My client has an immediate requirement for a Conveyancing Secretary to join their busy team at the Gravesend branch.
Duties include:
Providing Full Secretarial Support
Diary Management
Meet and Greet Clients
Audio Transcription
Submitting searches
Deal with all telephone enquiries from Clients/or third parties
Preparation of Legal forms.
You will possess previous residential conveyancing experience within a legal environment and enjoy working with a busy team. Knowledge of the Land Registry Portal, Bighand, Oyez forms and Searchflow would be desirable but not essential.
