Senior Site Manager - Permanent - Croydon - 70 New build units - Timber Frame - £60k-£65k + Package

Your new company

Senior Site Manager required for a well established successful construction company based in Croydon area. With over 30 years of experience in the industry they have developed an excellent client base. Their sites are typically spread across the Croydon and SE postcode area, consisting of 30-100 units.

This is a permanent position and the scheme you will be joining consists of 70 new build residential units along with retail space, all timber frame. The site is divided into several blocks. Site is located in the Croydon area.

Your new role

As Senior Site Manager you will be no.1 on site reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager. Along with your team of site managers and commercial staff you will be responsible for Sub-contract management, Chairing weekly progress meetings, toolbox talks, H&S, Quality control, tracking programme and updating project director accordingly, ensuring flow of information between all internal and external parties.

What you'll need to succeed

A strong consisted background as Senior Site Manager working on residential new build schemes of 50+ units. Preferably timber framed.
